SHIPPING FEES

The shipping cost for Slovenia is €10.80.

The shipping cost for Europe is rate by weight from €15.80 - €25.90.

The shipping cost for other countries, which are not in Europe is rate by weight from €26.90 - €36.90.

DELIVERY TIME

Packages are delivered by DHL Express. DHL Express' delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days.

We process and pack all orders within 24 hours on business days. If your order is made after Friday 1pm or on the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday.

About DHL Express

Fast delivery with DHL Express (On-Demand Delivery)
The delivery time depends on your country but your order will be delivered usually within 3-5 business days.
If any delays occur from our end, we will inform you via email as soon as possible. Please note, that we cannot affect on DHL's delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. If it doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place.

DHL will store the shipment for a short time only. If the shipment is not delivered within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. Undelivered package fee is €19 and it will be charged from the refund.

All our prices include VAT. Products and shipping costs are paid with the order.

We accept Credit Cards (Master Card and Visa) and PayPal for payment of orders. We do not accept Amazon Payment, Bitcoin, Wire Transfer, check, money order or COD payments. Before shipment, credit cards must clear authorization and will be charged at the time of order.
